Tbh, had a really really nice stay on vacation. Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was peaceful and amazing and short walk to an Orthodox monastery, and a separate restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and amazing for what was on offer, with waffles, fresh cooked meals, fresh salads.

Mind-blowing staff, Niki is the absolute best, so kind and attentive. Beautiful hotel with relaxing pool area and jaw-dropping sunset views from the a la carte restaurant. Super friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. Good location with a beach nearby, but renting a car is recommended for exploring. Food exceeded expectations with a variety of high-quality options. Perfect for a super relaxing trip.

This place is truly amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with a glass of wine and offered a gift of a 15-minute massage and dinner at the hotel's dining room. The breakfast selection was good and varied, ensuring I had a delicious start to my day. The location of this hotel right by the sea provided me with breathtaking views, and I also found a supermarket, car rental, and great restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to cater to my specific dietary requirements. The outdoor area, pool, and outdoor bar were exceptional, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Plus, the hotel's convenient bus stop made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions.

Romantic room, clean and excellent place, very polite staff. Absolutely perfect location, a 10-15 minute walk from Folklore Museum of Gouves. Nice restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel. During my stay at a wonderful adults-only hotel in Gouves, I had the most relaxing time. The spacious room with a balcony offered an amazing view of the surroundings. The hotel's swimming pool was never crowded, and I loved that I could easily reserve a sunbed. The breakfast and dinner options included a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel's location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and the village center within easy reach. It was also convenient to have car rental offices nearby for exploring the whole island of Crete. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel is located on the south coast and boasts a stunning view of the beach. Down the road is a sandy beach equipped with sunbeds. The àlacarte restaurant offers great cuisine options. The room is clean and the bathroom is spacious with a corner-shower.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and a mini-fridge.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel located by the beach in this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a big pool area where I could call a waiter through a button who took my order and brought it to me. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to a supermarket, car rental and good restaurants. The staff was lovely, they welcomed me with a glass of wine at the reception and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and varied with different topics.

Great value for money! The hotel is in a nice quiet location close to beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and they take pride in their work. The food was excellent, especially the freshly cooked pasta served every day with different sauces! The pools were great, big and clean with always lifeguards on duty. All-inclusive bar was fantastic, and the lovely bar staff gave us delicious drinks. The rooms were spacious, very clean, air-conditioned and with clean towels daily.

The entertainment was poor and only offered in Italian, with no involvement for guests who don't speak the language. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms so you couldn't connect to it in privacy, only by the pool bar area.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The buffet meals, both for breakfast and dinner, were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had nice balconies with sunbeds.

Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the food and drinks were fantastic.

The bathroom in our room was not up to standard. The shower had only one position and the whole bathroom would get wet as a result.
